Here are my personal beliefs: I am a creator that makes the impossible real, and I do so with power and intention, honesty and kindness." It's not enough to make the impossible "possible". It's not enough to be "creat-ive". I lived the first half of my life surviving off of potential alone. There is so much more that life can be! Take one more leap and you make the impossible real. Like most people, I know what it feels like to be trapped or "scattered" with no option available to you. I've been there. I've seen loved ones struggle for years to "get out". I believe I can relate to my clients and I will do everything in my power to help them achieve their greatness.
I am a graduate of the Coach Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active Coaching program. As a co-active coach, I have the privilege of learning from my clients as much as I am able to serve them. We build our relationship as we traverse through it and we make it stronger and improve upon our results. A cookie-cutter approach does not work for everyone. As a Co-active coach I am able to establish a relationship with my client first, then dedicate my full attention to their needs and their fulfillment. I have a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, A Masters of Science in Operations Management and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. In 2002, I earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute. My values continue to move me toward the "soft engineering" aspect of my initial professional training. I am a student of the work and behaviors that make us great individuals and compassionate human beings, and my training is not yet complete.
