The One Year Exit Plan

Our flagship program. We believe that the best way towards self-improvement and success is through sustained and long-term transformation. When you enroll in the One Year Exit Plan, you will dedicate one year to your full transformation. We will accompany you for one full year as you journey through the phases of lasting change: “Getting Started," "Going into Action," and "Arriving at Success!"

What's Included -- Months 1-4

This 12-month exit plan with our Getting Started Program at a discounted price.

Months 5-8

Once we finish our Getting Started Program, we begin Going into Action, with 9 telephone sessions. Setting goals, taking action, moving forward, and moving out! You receive three one-hour personal coaching sessions in the fifth month, followed by one coaching calls every other week for months six through eight.

Months 9-12

You are now well on your way to making your exit final and complete. You are moving confidently forward and your transition begins. You start forming new habits that will sustain your new life. Now that you are moving confidently through this new environment, we hold only one telephone session per month. You also can contact your exit plan advisor at any time for touch-base sessions (30 minutes each) for a maximum of 6 times through these last few months.
